Relocating here from the San Francisco Bay Area, we bought our Cape Coral home in 2001, one of us a native New Yorker, the other a native San Franciscan. We saw a prospering and growing area in which to invest, live and play.

We both have extensive marketing and sales backgrounds, each of us having spent over 20 years in various aspects of the very competitive radio industry in San Francisco.  Our negotiating and marketing skills were honed while working with small and medium business owners as well as some of the nation's largest advertisers.
